Everything seems well for this new couple.
Actress Heart Evangelista even asked Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero in jest why he came to her life only recently.
Evangelista asked Escudero the question as she tried to convince her boyfriend to perform a duet with her with the song “Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang Dumating?”
A reporter first invited the Kapuso star to sing the Freestyle song with him only to pass the microphone to the reelectionist senator just after Evangelista finished her part.

After approaching Escudero’s seat from the stage, Evangelista even went down to her knees just to convince the senator to give in to the audience's request.
“Bakit ngayon ka lang dumating ba, huh Chiz?” said Evangelista, who attended the Christmas party her boyfriend threw for Senate reporters at Liquid Pool in Manila Ocean Park on Wednesday.
“Chiz, go! Kung kay Kris Aquino, kakanta ka… Sa akin, hindi ka kakanta?” she prodded Escudero, who persistently declined the crowd, forcing his girlfriend to finish the song.

Escudero told Kris Aquino, President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III’s sister, that he is Evangelista’s boyfriend in her morning show “Kris TV” on October 5.
