The local government of Cateel in Davao Oriental on Monday reported that almost all the infrastructure in the area was totally damaged by cyclone Pablo, which made landfall in the province last week. Government and non-government groups continue to rush aid to the typhoon-devastated areas in northeastern Mindanao as the death toll reached more than 700 with hundreds still missing. Karlos Manlupig
