Reacting to a plot to oust him as head of the Senate, Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile declares the post vacant during his privilege speech on Monday. Enrile also shot back at his detractors at the Senate, describing them as 'cowards and hypocrites.' Eleven senators, however, voted to retain him as Senate President. GMA News
