Give Your Heart The Chance to Love Again





He's so attractive even blind women would fall in love with him. I did. Eventually we became lovers and played with matches....but just the tips. Our relationship ran smoothly until he left for Germany with a promise to write. It's been three years now, but the letters haven't come. And I can't contact him because I don't have his address. I still love him very much that I haven't accepted other proposals. What shall I do? Is he worth the eternal wait?

Three years without any communication from a man who supposedly is in love with you is too long a wait. Perhaps, there are no stamps or phones in Germany! or he must've misplaced your address, or forgotten your name, or just didn't have the time to write you. Just kidding, young lady, but whatever his reason might be for the communication drought, it must be lousy one. Don't you think eternity is too long a time to wait? You're passing up the beautiful opportunity of loving and being loved by a deserving christian gentleman. Ask for his address from his friends or relatives. Then tactfully ask why he hasn't communicated with you. If he writes you, assess his words carefully, fairly and objectively. If you receive no response, give your heart a chance to love again. Even if you feel your love for him is true, he must love you in return for the relationship to grow. God said, "Tears last only for a night, but gladness comes with the morning," ( Psalm 30:5 ) Cheer up love comes at the most unexpected places.
